preparing the Lotus flowers as decoration under the dishes.

- Indivia with blue cheese, walnuts and honey

WARM FIRST COURSE
Crepes with salmon and leeks accompained with a pineapple cream

Cold apple ice cream

SECON COURSE
Chicken in oven with broccoli and mustarde cream
Red wine
Clousure course:
CHEESES
- Brie
- Camembert
- Cow cheese
with a bit of green salad
The ending course:
DESSERT
- Almonds cake
- Cookies with chocolate or caramel or raisins (dried grapes) or smarties
